It's interesting how there are so many good comments. We reserved our room in advance and when we got there we were told there were other people in your room. By what right? We paid for that room and chose it... the girl at the reception didn't even know what she was talking about. It's really ridiculous how something like this can happen. If I rented that room, I can come at night if I want, you won't give it to anyone, in your mind. Where did you see this? After that, they gave us the room on the basement floor, which was very dirty anyway. We were made to wait even to enter the place, it had to be cleaned... I wish they had cleaned it. They put out tea and coffee, but there is no kettle to boil water, how ridiculous. The door of the room does not close properly, there is a lot of noise.. it is not cleaned.. cats are wandering around the hotel and entering our room. We said they would give us another room the next day and were made to wait again.. there was cleaning to do. After that, we decided to quit. I have never seen such a ridiculous hotel. Okdr onprofessionalski. I never recommend it. We were disgraced with our money. There are not even parking areas.

Terrible bed and dirty blankets. The bathroom is just trash. I couldn't imagine more terrible service. They also charged us 50€, I will never stay at this hotel.

They came across it while I was looking for a free room at the last minute, and they helped me, but the room was not very clean, they put a single-person combed cotton blanket, the fabric pieces called towels were stained, the slippers given were made of paper, I think the hot water was flowing like lukewarm, it was in a sloppy room, I do not recommend it, I would not choose it again.
